Ingredients
3 lbs Brookshire’s Flats and Drumettes
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Place wings in a large bowl. Add oil, salt and pepper. Spread wings out on baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they do not touch. Cook for 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
- Remove from baking sheet. Place in a large clean bowl. Pour in enough sauce of your choice to thoroughly coat the wings. (Extra sauce can be served on the side.) Line baking sheet with a clean piece of foil. Spray with nonstick spray. Spread wings in a single layer on baking sheet. Cook for 15 more minutes until sauce caramelizes and wings begin to char.
Hot Honey-Garlic Sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 1/4 cup Brookshire’s Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 Tbs crushed red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 1 minute.
